Minimum cancellation charges Rs. 300/- after ensuring the booking 150 days before the Journey.

80 days before journey Rs. 250/- + 10% on total amount*
60 days before journey Rs. 250/- + 15% on total amount*
40 days before journey Rs. 250/- + 25% on total amount*
25 days before journey Rs. 250/- + 35% on total amount*
10 days before journey Rs. 250/- + 50% on total amount*
07 days before journey Rs. 250/- + 75% on total amount*

No refund is allowed if cancellation is made 5 days before journey.
No cancellation will be accepted over telephone.

Some Important Information.
Tour programme may be changed/ altered/ varied/ extended even in case of Tour due to unavoidable circumstances viz, Natural Calamity, break down of Bus. Local Bandh/ Strike/ Agitation, Toad blockage or any other such happenings beyond the control of us.

Duee to Natural Calamity, Strike and Political Disturbance if the tour is cancelled, passengers have to pay % of the tour price as dompensation. In case the toeru is extended for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will have to be borne by the tourist. If there is any increase in Railway/ Air Fare / Fuel cost for bus thorugh budget, the difference amount has to be borne by the Tourist.

Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/ damage of life/ property or belongs whatsoever of the Tourist caused by any accident/ theft/ robbery or any other untowards happenings during the Tour.
